Why Naruto? We known it's an action manga. But, in naruto, there are also scenes that anime can make you cry. Like when Jiraiya dead, when Naruto meet his mommy, when Naruto meet his father, when Gaara meet his father.
I really shed my tears when I watch those moments/scenes.

Grave of the Fireflies (火垂るの墓 Hotaru no haka?) is another anime can make you cry, is a 1988 Japanese animated drama film written and directed by Isao Takahata and animated by Studio Ghibli. It is based on the 1967 semi-autobiographical novel of the same name by Akiyuki Nosaka. It is commonly considered an anti-war film, but this interpretation has been challenged by some critics and by the director.
The film stars Tsutomu Tatsumi, Ayano Shiraishi, Yoshiko Shinohara and Akemi Yamaguchi. Set in the city of Kobe, Japan, the film tells the story of two siblings, Seita and Setsuko, and their desperate struggle to survive during the final months of the Second World War.

Clannad tells the story of a high school student named Tomoya Okazaki grade 3 who are considered delinquent people around just because Tomoya often skipped school. For Tomoya, life feels pretty boring..jpg)
Until finally, one day he meets a strangers (girl) who speaks to himself, Nagisa Furukawa. Since this time, Tomoya's life began to change dramatically. Tomoya started to see strange dreams where in the world (Illusionary World) that there is only one girl who was always alone. Then she started trying to make a doll made of trash and junk that he collected. This anime also has a sequel, the title was Clannad After Story. This isn't just an anime can make you cry instead but also anime can make you depressed.
