So here, I want to share the article which is consistent with my experience from the most basic care until visit a dermatologist. So this article is private and there is no attachment to any party. Okay, you can immediately read it, enjoy.
1. Clean regularly
The most appropriate way to eliminate or prevent acne is to cleanse your face regularly. Use a facial foam is soft and smooth to the skin surface. Do not use soap that has a rough texture. This can scrape your skin and make it thinner. The thinner your skin, the more sensitive to dirt and bacteria that cause acne. Therefore, I have my own way and for me relatively accurate and safe, you should try it if you want:
a. I wash my face 5 times every day. 2 times with soap, and 3 times only use water.
b. Use soap when bathing in the morning and evening. The trick is that we need to wash our hands with plain soap first, then I apply a facial soap into the palm of my hand. Then I rub and give a little water to form a foam (must be smooth without the slightest grain of soap). I rub it on my face and gently massage, and I continued to do until about 5 minutes. Then I wash with water slowly until clean.
c. I cleanse my face without soap at around 10 noon, 3 pm, and before bed. Must be careful when cleaning the face without soap. You should clean your hands until completely clean. Then wash your face and massage gently smooth. Try hand's movements to slow and smooth as you can. Do this for about 10 minutes. And there is special treatment before I go to bed. I usually use a face towel and warm water to clean my face. When I'm done, I wait for about 5 minutes till the temperature of my face surface is normal. After that I take a cold water on a face towel and use it on my face. (Warm water makes the pores open, and cold water makes the pores close but suddenly make a drop-temperature of skin will make your skin damaged, so you must wait for about some minutes to drop the temperature. )
d. Buy a special towel for your face. And don't use your hands or fabrics/cloths to drying out your face. Or at least, use a bath towel. And don't ever going to anywhere with a wet face because dirt and bacteria can easily stick to wet face.
2. Multiply drinking water
Is there a relation between acne and water? Sure there is. We are definitely going to sweat if we do activities, whether it be inside or outside the room especially when combined with hot temperatures. When sweating, fluid in the skin will come out. The liquid will back itself and replace of what we consume. If we consume a lot of fat than water, your face will arise acne because fat contains oil. Therefore it is necessary consumption of water to replace fluids that have come out facial skin and also to offset the fat that we consume.
3. Reduce excessive oil consumption and consume health food, fruit and vegetables
I know that today the existence of oily food already tolerated. We could see oily foods anywhere, in fact almost all of the food in the world to contain the oil. That so the problem is, oil is one of the things that can cause acne. Because oil was sticky and difficult to clean. Sticky conditions that make bacteria and dirt in your face and cause acne on your face. So reduce the consumption of fatty foods. It's okay to consume but you have to set portion. Consuming some types of fresh fruit and vegetables can also help eliminate acne. Such as eating oranges, papaya, avocado, spinach, etc. This is a healthy food that you need to consume to help you eliminate and prevent acne. Very good also if you eat fruit and vegetables regularly
4. Never touch your acne
Whatever the circumstances, however, it seems, do not touch your acne. Touch only when you cleanse your face. Because of what? Because our hands is the only organ in our body with the most many did a physical contact with other objects. We don't know the content of what is in our hands after we work, play phone, playing with a laptop, cooking, washing, etc. Simply put, we can say our hands are toxic to us if we don't regularly cleans it. Therefore, don't ever touch your acne. Acne will grow and expand, but will definitely dry out, after it dries acne will come out by itself.
5. Do not do a lot of physical treatments on your face
Physical treatment and long excessive is a fatal thing and for me it is too late. I mean the physical care is: to do masks, creams, and other outside medicine. Doing a treatment on that condition will just arise another acne and make inflammation (my own experience). Therefore, it would be nice if you don't do a lot of skin caring on your face. It is best to maintain the cleanliness of your skin face and your food consumption. Because it can help you eliminate acne from within, not from outside. Never be carried away by skin care and soap/foam advertisements on television and the internet! NEVER TRUST ON ADS!
6. Exercising
Exercising in addition to healthy for our body, exercise is healthy for our skin. Why? Face containing pores, the pores contained in oil or liquids, and oil or liquid is contained by germs and dirt. If it left and not be removed the oil or fluid will only cause acne. With exercise, the body will burn fat, pores will open and the oil or the liquid will come out. Thereby slowing the growth of acne and also healthy for our body.
What I'm talking about here is exercise, not just sweating. Because if it's just sweating, that would be useless because the pores are not open. So the dirt will remain in our pores. If we exercise, there will be burning fat, skin temperature increases and the pores will open.
7. Contact Dermatologist / Facial Skin Specialist
Using the services of a special skin doctor (the most trustworthy doctor you known), is the last and the best way for you if your face does not recover as well or has occurred inflammation in your skin. Contacting dermatologist is very important regarding the health of your skin. Although the cost is quite expensive, but it is very helpful for you. But believe me, this is different from your use of the products you buy from your online store. Doctors are more trustworthy because they have a code of ethics and always be careful of the patient.
